Surrogacy laws by Countries

Not every country allows international surrogacy and the law regarding surrogacy varies from country to country. Due to the differing surrogacy laws across the world, you should seek legal advice from a family lawyer in your home country before you begin your research into surrogacy. A lawyer will be able to advise you of how the laws affect your individual situation. We can do the process according to Ukrainian laws only and in Ukraine surrogacy is legal, although it may be illegal in your home country and you will face difficulties of taking your baby home. Please, refer to a table below to check if surrogacy is allowed in your country.

DISCLAIMER: Reproductive laws are a relatively new legal area and are in constant change throughout the world. It is often hard to obtain current and accurate information. Anyone pursuing reproductive assistance abroad should contact lawyers directly to confirm the current status in that country and any legal restrictions that might apply.
